Returns & Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original standard delivery costs. The direct costs of returning the product are your responsibility. Return costs may vary depending on the size, weight, and chosen carrier.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first.

Condition of Returned Products

You may inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a physical showroom. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may deduct an amount reflecting any loss in value from your refund.

Please ensure that the product is returned with all supplied accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging. We recommend packaging the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Bespoke and Custom-Made Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalised for you. This includes bespoke safes and other custom-made solutions created specifically for your requirements.
